As detailed below, a failure occurred in our Backup Storage service, but is currently operational again.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 CauseHardware Malfunction
EventFor certain of the RAID cards used for this service, the disk space for the backup storage service supplied on top of it became invisible, and the driver or the card itself ceased working. After restarting the storage server in an attempt to bring everything back to normal, it has now been restored.
Investigations on the consistency of the data are currently being conducted, and customers will be contacted as soon as it is determined.
