Information Security Policy
Apart from our proprietary data, we manage data that is entrusted to us by our clients' systems. We understand that protecting such private information is both a social obligation and a critical management concern.
We believe it's critical for every employee to understand the significance of information security and act appropriately, in addition to implementing technical safety measures to guarantee information security.
The following guidelines have been developed to properly establish and implement our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in light of the aforementioned fundamental recognition.
- We will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and contractual requirements pertaining to information security.
- We establish, maintain, and continuously improve our ISMS in accordance with JIS Q 27001 (ISO/IEC 27001) and JIS Q 27017 (ISO/IEC 2017) as “Information Management Regulations” and “Document Management Regulations”.
- Adequate risk acceptance levels and control measures will be put in place based on a methodical approach to risk assessment and management.
- To guarantee the dependable functioning of ISMS and to raise employees' awareness of information security, we will regularly provide information security training to every employee.
- In the event of a major information system failure or other calamity, we will put business continuity management into place to make sure that operations can resume.
- Any employee who disobeys the "Information Security Policy" or any associated rules will face the appropriate sanctions.
