Q.What characteristics are emphasized?

We are looking for individuals who place an emphasis on strategic thinking and planning, are motivated to help our company grow, and team cooperation.

Q.I am studying abroad, can I apply?

After graduation, you are more than welcome to apply for a position at our head office.

Q.Is having a background in humanities okay?

Yes. Applicants of all backgrounds are more than welcome to apply for the position they feel comfortable in.

Q.Will I be reimbursed for transportation during the interview process?

InfiniCloud will not provide any reimbursement during the interview process.

Q.How long will the interview take?

Interviews take around 20 minutes.

Q.Is my University major considered during the recruitment process?

It will not heavily impact the decision process.

Q.Are any additional language skills required?

Additional language skills are not required, but are encouraged.

Q.Can I interview online?

It is possible upon request.

Q.Where is the interview held?

Interviews will be held at our main office in Shizuoka City. Both the Japanese and English translation address will be provided below.

Q.When can I submit my application?

Applications are accepted year-round. InfiniCloud does not hire during a specific time period.

Q.How many individuals are hired at a time?

We will hire based on the demand of work needed at that given period.

Q.Is it possible to apply for multiple positions at once?

It is possible.

Q.Is there an educational background limit?

There is no limit.

Q.Are there any required qualifications?

There are no mandatory qualifications. If you excel in a particular area, please let us know in your application or during the interview process.

If you are a new graduate, we ask that your bring planning materials and software that you have created to display what you learned at University or through other programs. We also ask that you share some of your experiences with us.

If you are applying for a Mid-Career position, please prepare a work that can show your skills (business plan, self-made program, website, design, etc.).

Q.Is there a company information session?

There is none at this moment.

Q.Can I request materials from InfiniCloud?

We do not send materials such as company information through request. Please refer to our website for business details.

Q.What is the gender ratio of employees?

We try our best to provide an all inclusive work environment. Currently our gender ratio is 70% male to 30% female.

Q.Is there a dress code?

You can work in your own clothes, so long as they are appropriate.

Q.What is the average age?

A majority of our employees fall between 20~40 years old.

Q.Will I be transferred once hired?

At this moment, there are no transfers.

Q.What Operating System (OS) is used?

Windows, Mac, Linux, etc. are all used.

Q.Can I work a second job while employed with InfiniCloud?

It is allowed as long as it does not interfere with your work at InfiniCloud.

Q.What is the corporate culture like?

We strive to allow our employees maximize their abilities.

Q.Is any support provided before joining the InfiniCloud?

No support is provided before joining.

Q.When will I be notified about my initial start date?

You will receive your initial start date at the same time as you receive your job offer.

Q.Is there anything I should do prior to joining?

There is nothing that you need to do before joining. However, it is strongly encourage to keep up with the latest knowledge of the industry and technology.

Q.How are assignments dispersed?

Assignments will be decided based on the level of need. Assignments will also be dispersed based on you and your colleagues desire to work on them.

Q.Is it possible to receive an offer for the job I want?

Once you join the company, you will be issued an official employment placement. Please let us know your desired working criteria during the interview process to make job placement easier.

Q.Is there overtime and holiday work.

Overtime work is based on the work time that is performed.

Scheduled days off are placed on Saturday and Sunday. In addition to National holidays, there is no required work during these times.

Because our company runs on a flextime system, working hours are flexible, so long as they do not interfere with deadlines, meetings, or practical business performance).

Q.Is there a childbirth and childcare support system?

We respond flexibly to our staffs needs. Please consult with us regarding these matters when the time approaches.

Q.Is paid leave lenient?

Requesting for paid leave is simple and easy to receive.

Q.Are there positions available for new graduates?

Yes. Positions are available for new graduates. InfiniCloud encourages all new graduates to fill in an application for the available positions.

Q.Is there a rent subsidy?

Some assistance is provided.
