We will be conducting maintenance during the following period as part of a Fortinet FortiGate hardware replacement.

Maintenance DetailsDue to the expiration of the license for a current appliance, we will be replacing it with a successor model to ensure continued service availability and maintain security functionality.
Customer Impact

During the maintenance period:

  • There may be up to two communication interruptions, each lasting approximately 5 minutes.
  • Customers using our cloud-based Remote VPN Service may experience temporary VPN disconnections.
  • If your VPN connection is interrupted, please wait a few minutes and then reconnect.

June 8th Update: Request to Customers

As part of the configuration migration associated with this maintenance, we will prepare the migration to the replacement equipment using the FortiGate configuration data as of 10:00 AM (JST) on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

To ensure that all settings are migrated correctly, please refrain from adding, modifying, or deleting FortiGate settings after this date and time.

Please note that any configuration changes made after 10:00 AM (JST) on June 23, 2026, may not be reflected on the replacement equipment following the maintenance. If such changes are not carried over, customers may need to reapply the settings after the migration has been completed.
