| Issue | In some FortiGate environments where FortiAnalyzer is configured as the log source, various logs may not be viewable from the FortiGate management interface. Please note that the log data itself is being successfully stored in FortiAnalyzer and remain accessible directly through the FortiAnalyzer interface. |
| Workaround | As a temporary workaround, you can view recent logs by changing the log reference location in FortiGate to Memory. If you need to review historical logs that are inaccessible through this workaround, please contact our support team for assistance. |
