About recent phishing emails posing under our domain (teracloud.jp)
Thank you for your support and use of InfiniCLOUD.
We confirmed cases in which phishing emails have been sent posing under our domain (teracloud.jp) asking users to enter their account information.
The only confirmed phishing emails have been in Japanese. However, we advise everyone to be on the lookout for and cautious of any phishing emails, regardless of language.
Although teracloud.jp is the sender and has announced changes to the email service requirements, we do not provide email services.
Please be careful not to click on any URL or open any attachments from suspicious emails or from emails you are not familiar with.
The phishing emails that we have confirmed are provided below. In addition to the original Japanese, an English translation of the email will also be provided.
