Cause and Action | Due to an accident involving switch redundancy software operation during core switch reinforcement maintenance in our Kanto region, a breakdown occurred in the network associated to the above service, resulting in a failure that prevented access throughout the relevant time period. Switching back reinstated the issue, which is now rectified. In the future, we will undertake an internal evaluation of this maintenance and notify customers of our response policy. |
