In situation described below, an issue arose within part of our network.
Since then, we've resolved the issue and everything has been restored.

We sincerely apologize fr the inconvenience caused to our customers.

  • Customers using the following services in our Kanto region:
    • High Response Private Cloud
    • VMware Private Cloud
    • Solaris SPARC Private Cloud
    • Enterprise Storage
  • Customers using Inter Regional Fabric from Private Connect (NTT FLET's Hikari Next Type) in our Kanto region.
Cause and ActionDue to an accident involving switch redundancy software operation during core switch reinforcement maintenance in our Kanto region, a breakdown occurred in the network associated to the above service, resulting in a failure that prevented access throughout the relevant time period. Switching back reinstated the issue, which is now rectified. In the future, we will undertake an internal evaluation of this maintenance and notify customers of our response policy.
