As detailed below, an issue occurred with some of our services. The problem has been resolved, and InfiniCloud's services are now fully functional again.

Affected Customers

Some customers in our Kansai region using the following services:

  • High Response Private Cloud Service
  • Solaris SPARC Private Cloud Service
  • Enterprise Storage Service
  • Public Cloud Link Service
CauseDuring a scheduled maintenance on redundant network equipment, an unexpected issue occurred while switching to the backup system that was not observed during the verification phase.
ImpactDuring the specified period, the above services experienced an outage.。
The services were restored by manually switching over to the backup system.
